Did you know that you can pay your dues through Paypal? Thendara Park dues are $65.00, paid annually from October – September. There are no late fees, as participation in the HOA is not required but encouraged. Dues payments cover park and play equipment maintenance and events such as our annual picnic and holiday events. There is a convenience fee for online payments made via Paypal or you can pay when you receive your HoA payment slip in the mail.
